University offers the Elite Scholarship Award and Merit
Scholarship Award to encourage and support capable
students with interest and potential in the field of creativity
and innovation. The selection committee considers a variety of
factors, including:

Candidates must
have valid SPM, STPM, O-level or A-level or equivalent results.
To apply, you must complete the on-line application form, with
a personal statement and CV (optional) included. You must also
submit academic transcripts and a photograph.
Monash University offers the following scholarships for students
enrolled full-time at Monash University, Sunway Campus.
Entrance
Scholarships are available to students who meet the
stated minimum achievement scores. Award amounts are based on
the results on the GCE A-levels, International Baccalaureate
and other exams, and include 100%, 50% and 20% reduction in
tuition fees.
Entrance Scholarship recipients are eligible to continue to
receive their scholarships throughout the duration of their
studies at Monash University, Sunway Campus subject to academic
performance. After each completed year of study (two continuous
semesters), Entrance Scholarship recipients are eligible to
upgrade to a higher scholarship category under the
Merit
Scholarship scheme. Scholarship recipients who are
unable to achieve the required level of performance will be
moved down to a lower percentage scholarship (eg. 100%
scholarship to 50% scholarship or 50% scholarship to 20%
scholarship).
After each completed year of study, full-time students who have
achieved a high distinction average are eligible to apply for a
Merit Scholarship. Students who have maintained a 90% or higher
minimum average score can be awarded a 100% reduction in tuition
fees, and those who have maintained 85% or higher can be awarded
a 50% reduction.
Merit Scholarship recipients are eligible to continue to receive
a scholarship throughout the remaining duration of their studies
in Monash University Malaysia subject to excellent academic
performance. Scholarship recipients who are unable to achieve
the required level of performance will be moved down to a lower
scholarship percentage (eg. 100% scholarship to 50%
scholarship).

Achievement Scholarships for new students, with awards

The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus
High Achievers Scholarships are based on the
applicant’s academic achievements and the socio-economic status
of his/her family. Students who meet the criteria below will
automatically be awarded the scholarship, which covers 25% of
tuition fees.
It is open to undergraduate students and to students progressing
onto undergraduate programmes from the Foundation Programmes.
Students will have to achieve an average mark of at least 75%
throughout the Foundation Programme. This scholarship will
continue to a student's undergraduate programme provided an
average mark of at least 65% is maintained throughout the
Foundation Programme. once awarded, the scholarship will
continue for each year of the student's undergraduate programme
provided an average mark of 60% is achieved in each year's
examinations.
Nottingham University Business School:
High Achievers Scholarships are only available to those
students entering the first year of the degree programme.
For A-level entrants, students with 2As and 1B will be eligible.
For STPM entrants, students with 2As and 1B+ will be eligible.
For UEC entrants, students with 6As and 1B will be eligible.
School of Computer Science and Information Technology:
For A-level entrants, students with 2As and 1B, including
Mathematics, will be eligible.
For STPM entrants, students with 2As and 1B, including
Mathematics, will be eligible.
For UEC entrants, students with 6As and 1B, including
Mathematics, will be eligible.
